Abichal had one of his classic days on day 5, his knee started bothering him during the day, so he decided to have a short day and go home early with just 55 miles. Today everything seems good, he is running well and had completed 54 miles when I left him with 4 hours to go in the day.You can see from the photo that some guys eat on the run and from the smiles, it's easy to see that they are enjoying it out there.
